If I have problems with service or any other issues, how will they get resolved?

Worldwide has a liaison at each of the featured providers to assist our customers in any and all problems or issues. Your only contact will be Worldwide. We will expedite and follow through on any and all your problems and issues.

How long of a contract do I need to sign?

Month to month. We do business on a handshake. When it comes to providing our customers with exactly the service and products that they need, we have confidence in our ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service. We think the need for term contracts are not necessary.
